Project Steps
Starting a project and not sure where to begin? We've got you covered.
Step 1
Survey
Whether we are installing new signage or wrapping a vehicle, the first step is a survey.

Vehicle Wrap & Lettering
If we are lettering or wrapping a vehicle, we need to measure the area that we will be applying vinyl to. If you are able to bring the vehicle to us please give us a call and let us know you'll be stopping by. Otherwise, we will need to coordinate a time to come to you. Please email us a PDF, EPS or Adobe Illustrator version of the logo you'd like to use, if available.

Signage
If there are existing signs that we will be replacing, please email us photos of where the signs are located. If you are able to provide us with measurements and a PDF, EPS or Adobe Illustrator version of your logo, this will help to expedite the proof and pricing process. If you are unable to provide measurements, we will need to schedule a time to meet you at your location for an in-person survey.
Step 2
Quote / Proof
Once we have sizes, pictures and a preliminary design meeting to discuss the requirements for the project, next we begin the proof and pricing process. During our busy months, the first proof may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive in your inbox. Please be sure to consider proper design and production time when determining your project 'due date'. If you have a firm in-hands date, please be sure to inform our team so that we can better accommodate your request.
Step 3
Approval & Deposit
After you receive an initial quote and design proof, we begin the editing process. You will discuss your desired changes with our graphic design team who will continue to address any concerns until final approval is received. Once design is complete, we require a 50% deposit to begin production and solidify your installation date in the schedule. Please note: upon approval, no further changes can be made to a project.
Step 4
Production
Please note: production times vary with the intricacy of fabrication and availability of materials.
1-2 weeks: banners, stickers, small signs (in small quantities) and vehicle decals can be prepared

3-4 weeks: larger signs, laser cut & small routed projects and large sign quantities.

4-6 weeks: large routed signs, large signs involving complex welding and framework.
Again, if you are working on a tight deadline, please let us know ahead of time so we can properly schedule the project.
Step 5
Installation
The final step! If your project requires installation by our team, we will discuss the first available date and time upon final approval. You can expect an installation reminder 1-2 days before our arrival to ensure proper coordination. Then, we will confirm arrival times and any other important information.
If you are handling the installation on your own for any signs, decals or other small graphics, we are happy to provide step-by-step instructions and answer any questions you may have.
